Since late 2023, Global Communities has been implementing the Continuum of Family Care (CfC) project in Indonesia. The CfC model integrates antenatal and postpartum care with newborn and child health and development programs to support a continuum of service delivery spanning the prenatal period through the critical early years of rapid brain development. Global Communities is implementing the CfC model in partnership with the Banten Provincial and Pandeglang District Health Offices and the local NGO YPCII in Indonesia.
